30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

  • Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or modification.

Certain personalized, customized, intimate, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange one of the following:

  • Replacement item

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund (when appropriate)

Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email regarding the refund decision.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If an order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
